There are seven major chakras or energy centres in your body. These correspond to different areas of your life on a physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional level. When your life is out of alignment your chakras are also out of alignment.
A Chakra Balance works to shift and balance the energy in your seven chakra energy centres. This raises your vibration and heals away all that no longer serves you, leaving you with a sense of inner peace and well-being.
