Reiki Courses
Reiki is a type of energy healing developed by Mikao Usui in Japan in the early 1800s. Reiki utilises specific techniques for restoring and balancing the natural life force energy within the body. It is a holistic, natural, hands-on energy healing system that touches on all levels: body, mind, and spirit.
Learning Reiki not only benefits you, it benefits everyone around you. Each level is a stepping stone and depending what you want to get from learning Reiki will determine what level you aspire to.
Level I: Initiation Degree

What to Expect
- Level I Reiki is held over 2 days
- You will receive 4 attunements over the two days.
- These 4 attunements focus on opening up the Crown, Heart, and Palm chakras , while you are attuned to three different symbols, each representing a different aspect of reiki energy: Power, Mental/Emotional and Distance healing. With each attunement the connection between the student and the Reiki Energy deepens and it is permanent.
- You will also learn the history, philosophy and principles behind Reiki.
- How to perform a healing on the self and others
- The hand positions for treatments for yourself and others.
- How to create and work within a sacred space.
- Introduction to the Chakras, basic meditation and breathing techniques.
- You will also receive a unique comprehensive manual and a Reiki Level 1 certificate on completion (linage included).
- Vegetarian lunch included
- Must have completed Level I
- Level II Reiki is a 1 day course (8 hours)
- You receive 1 attunement in Level II
- The attunement for Reiki level 2 is similar to level I attunements, but involve different symbols, each with a different significance to opening your energetic pathways further.
- You will learn about the principles and ethics of Level II Reiki
- The Reiki Symbols
- How to facilitate Distance Healings
- How to facilitate a Cutting of Ties (Cord Cutting)
- Group Healings
- Introduction to Auras and seeing auras
- You will also receive a unique comprehensive manual and a Reiki Level II certificate on completion (linage included)
