Purchases

You must provide accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details if requested to ensure the accuracy of your order. 
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, It’s Just A Thought is not liable and will not resend the order at their expense. 

If an order is placed with the wrong details, please contact us at itsjustathought1@outlook.com immediately with your correct details and order number and we will try to assist where possible. 

Please keep in mind we cannot change orders once they have been shipped.

Payment Options

It’s Just A Thought accepts payment via Direct Debit, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) & Paypal.

Email receipts will be sent after your payment has been confirmed.
If you have not received confirmation of your order within 24 hours of placing it, please contact us at itsjustathought1@outlook.com.

 Returns

It’s Just A Thought does not accept returns based on a change of mind. If you receive your order and it is damaged please email us itsjustathought1@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, please also send through photos of the damages.
We will get you a replacement order sent out as quickly as possible.
